Our story

Since 1965, cooking with faith and flavor

More than six decades ago, Luisa Caal opened a small tortillería on Flores Island. What began with tamalitos and bollitos grew into a hotel and restaurant. The cooking, the faith, and the care remain the same.

Petén tradition

Over 60 years cooking family recipes with local ingredients and the homestyle touch that sets us apart.
